6riw Terms & Conditions: Rules Governing Use of Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 6riw ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 6riw website accessible at https://6riw.bio and all associated services. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including players who browse without registering, registered account holders, and players who actively place bets or wagers on the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 6riw, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 6riw platform. 6riw reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By accessing or using any part of the 6riw platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a binding legal contract between you and 6riw. Your continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

6riw reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of address from any player at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. These verification requirements apply to players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and all other cities and divisions of Bangladesh equally.

To access the full range of services on 6riw, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration process or at any point during the operation of your account. 6riw reserves the right to close or suspend any account where inaccurate or fraudulent information has been provided, and to forfeit any funds held in such an account pending investigation.

6riw accepts deposits from Bangladeshi players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 6riw does not charge any platform fee on standard local wallet transactions; however, transaction fees charged by the payment service provider are the responsibility of the player.

6riw does not charge withdrawal fees on standard bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions. Withdrawal processing times may vary during periods of high demand, on public holidays (including Eid, Independence Day on March 26, Victory Day on December 16, and Pohela Boishakh), or in cases where verification documents are outstanding. All withdrawal amounts are paid in Bangladeshi Taka only.

6riw offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made available and must be read before opting in.

6riw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The availability of a specific bonus to a specific player is at 6riw's sole discretion. Players in certain geographic areas or with specific account histories may be excluded from particular promotions. No complaint will be considered regarding the unavailability of a promotion to a specific player once a promotion has concluded.

For sports betting markets — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international competitions — bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCCI, ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a game, match, or event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's settlement rules published in the 6riw betting rules section.

6riw is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. 6riw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 6riw has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (c) the player is under the minimum age of 21; (d) the player is engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour; (e) account activity is inconsistent with genuine recreational play; or (f) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to the player's wellbeing. In such cases, 6riw reserves the right to withhold payment of any balance in the account pending investigation.

All content on the 6riw platform — including but not limited to the 6riw brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other content created by or exclusively licensed to 6riw — is the intellectual property of 6riw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of 6riw.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6riw shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; interruption to platform access; errors in game software provided by third-party studios; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment service providers; or any loss arising from your own failure to read and comply with these Terms or the specific rules of any game.

6riw makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that any particular game outcome is guaranteed. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6riw's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6riw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 6riw will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where practicable, 6riw will also notify registered players of significant changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Your continued use of the 6riw platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 6riw platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team will be referred to binding arbitration. 6riw operates in good faith to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.
